Ranges Car Rental is not an insurer but offers renters an
opportunity to reduce the excess liability by paying a reduction
waiver of either $16.50 per day or $23 per day. Standard excess for
25 years plus drivers is $2750. 21-24 years drivers standard excess
is $3300. 1 - 7 day rentals options to reduce excess are listed
below. If renting for more than 7 days the reduction waiver options
are reduced to $11 per day to reduce to the lowest liability
option.

Reduction
waivers are optional. If an accident does occur renters are liable
to pay the excess liability amount they have chosen immediately.
Single vehicle accidents carry a fixed excess of $2500 extra if the
reduced excess options are chosen. Selecting the standard excess
option a $5000 single vehicle accident excess
applies.
Violation
of traffic laws, breach of rental agreement conditions or negligent
driving charges will result in the full excess liability amounts
having to be paid.
